Parish Walk Inspired Challenge!

We have a new challenge for you!

From now until 21st June we are inviting IOM Anti-Cancer supporters to get moving……

What is the challenge?

Well! The Coronavirus might have put a stop to sporting events but it doesn’t mean that we have to hang up our trainers!

The Parish Walk planned for the 20th/21st June has sadly been cancelled. It is the biggest walking event on the island and is so called because the route passes through all of the island’s 17 Parishes, covering a total distance of 85 miles and all to be done within a 24-hour period.

So, using this amazing event as an inspiration, simply decide what you want to do, choose your activity & distance and get going!

It’s easy to get involved!

Simply donate or fundraise using the numbers 17, 24 or 85 as your target.

For example, you could donate or be sponsored to do 17 press-ups, 24 laps of your garden or climb your stairs 85 times (if you’re feeling energetic!). We’re not asking for superheroes, just home heroes who will help us continue making a huge difference for those affected by cancer.

it’s a fun event that’s suitable for everyone – any age, any ability – and you can take part at home!
