Cervical Cancer Awareness Month:
We have enough to think about at the moment as we protect ourselves against the coronavirus but please still be aware of the signs and symptoms of cervical cancer.
• The most common symptom is abnormal vaginal bleeding. This may be between periods, or during or after sex, or new bleeding in women who have gone through menopause.
• Occasionally, other symptoms include discomfort during sex or an unpleasant vaginal discharge
• Lower Back Pain
If something does not seem right for your body and you are concerned about any possible symptoms, please don’t hesitate to talk to your doctor about this – early diagnosis is key to successful treatment.
Any queries please contact Sandy Denning on iomanticancer@gmail.com or telephone 252725.
Take care all and hopefully, we will have our Staywell Clinics up and running again soon….
